Delivery

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment every step of the way. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order and view your tracking number under "Order Status" in your account.

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability, but rest assured, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Pre-order
When you place a pre-order, the item is reserved just for you and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. The estimated shipping date is clearly listed on the product page, so you know when to expect your order. 

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that they will be shipped separately, ensuring you receive the available items as fast as possible.

We will keep you informed of any updates regarding your pre-order. Should there be any changes to the estimated shipping date, you’ll receive a notification via email.

Returns 
You may return or exchange any item purchased from augustus.store within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return
For a hassle-free return, simply follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will verify your return and provide you with a Return Authorization Number. This number is required for processing your return.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Carefully pack the items you wish to return, including the Return Authorization Number in your package. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Processing Your Refund
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. You can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the item you want is in stock and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@augustus.store. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility. During peak times, processing may take a bit longer, but rest assured we will handle your return as quickly as possible.
